Return Policy:

At MarinaGlow, your happiness and confidence mean everything to us. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’ll do our best to make it right. Please review our return and exchange guidelines below:


Eligibility for Returns:

Timeframe: Returns or exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days after receiving your item. 

Condition: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt, order confirmation, or proof of purchase is required for all returns.


Non-Returnable Items:

•Sale items, gift cards, and promotional bundles.

•Items purchased from third-party retailers. (currently we do not have any third-party retail partners.)


Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at contact@marinaglow.com or fill out our contact request form. Please include your order number and reason for the return.

    2Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or defective, upon arrival.

    3. Refunds: Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
